The negotiating collaborative projects between private companies and research groups need an special management of data and resources. This project helps in the R&D project life-cycle. The persons that manages and evaluate the quality of the projects are distributed in several department and with different roles. This scenario makes necessary to look for a solution that helps in the daily processes and that facilitate the migratin of the existing data to a new Business Process Management System.
